Jigsaw
Students will be separated into four groups. Each group will have a division of the chapter to summarize.
Students will become experts on their specific chapter issues. One student from each group join a "new" group, as four new groups are created. These students are considered "experts" in the material they studied in their newly formed groups.
This is fast, effective way to cover new information; it decreases
student workload, and encourages collaboration.

The puzzle pieces of jigsaw allow each student to contribute to the classroom's overall achievement. We can participate in jigsaw activities while lecture-discussion is introducing new content.
